Why Melbourne Calls Us
A hardware-store spray usually angers a European wasp nest without reaching the queen. We treat the colony properly, in protective gear, with the area kept safe while we work.
Keeping Nests From Coming Back
Treatment ends this colony. These steps make your property a less attractive building site next season.
Around the Property
- Mesh weep holes and vents rather than sealing them
- Repair gaps behind fascia, barge boards and eaves
- Cap unused pipes, meter boxes and old barbecue burners
- Fill and firm disused burrows in lawns and beds
- Check sheds and pergolas each spring while nests are tiny
Reduce the Attraction
- Keep bin lids closed and rinse recycling
- Cover food and drinks at outdoor gatherings
- Pick up fallen fruit promptly
- Bring pet food and bowls in after feeding
- Deal with small spring nests before they scale up
Honest Pricing, Confirmed in Writing

Backed in Writing — Warranty and Price, Both Guaranteed
6-month nest warranty: if wasps become active again at a nest site we treated within six months, we return and re-treat it at no labour charge.
5% price-beat promise: bring us a written, like-for-like quote from any licensed Melbourne pest controller and we will beat it by 5%.
The warranty covers the specific nest sites we documented and treated. A brand-new nest built elsewhere on the property is a separate job. Site limitations and exclusions are explained before work begins. Price beat applies to comparable scope, verified before booking.
Wasp Control FAQs
Still unsure what you have? Describe the nest and where it is.
How much does it cost to remove a wasp nest?
From $159 for an accessible nest and $249-$399 where the nest is in a wall cavity, roof void, underground or at height. Clear written quote before treatment, backed by our 5% price-beat promise.
Do you remove the nest or just treat it?
Both, where it is safe. Once the colony is dead we remove the nest so it cannot be re-used or attract secondary pests. Where a nest sits deep in a cavity and removal would mean cutting into the building, we treat it and make it unusable instead, and explain exactly why.
How long until the wasps are gone?
Activity usually drops sharply within a few hours and stops within 24 to 48 hours. Returning foragers keep arriving for a day or so afterwards, which is normal and is how the product reaches the whole colony.
Can you treat a nest at night?
Dusk and early morning are best because nearly the whole colony is home, and that is when we schedule treatment where possible. It also means less disruption for a business or a busy household.
What if I have already sprayed it?
Tell us. A partly treated nest often means the colony has been agitated and may have started a satellite nest nearby, so we check more widely before treating.
